Get started in under 2 minutes!
Meet SPDocKit Insights!7.0
SPDocKit Insights is a new part of SPDocKit that helps you get a better overview of your farm’s health. It makes troubleshooting and performance monitoring much easier!
Monitor SharePoint performance via a live dashboard and server performance counters. Search through Event Log, SQL and ULS logs to detect potential problems. The Insights home dashboard highlights useful data about your farm and server health, such as the top five servers per disk usage, CPU utilization or memory consumption.
Event Viewer Alerts7.0
Event Viewer (part of SPDocKit Insights) allows you to easily search through Windows Event Log, SharePoint ULS and SQL logs across all servers in the SharePoint farm. Except searching through collected logs, from now on, you will be able to set up alerts to proactively track and detect possible problems and solve them on time.
Project Server Documentation7.0
SPDocKit documentation just got even more powerful, with a completely new segment! From now on, you will be able to collect and document Project Server settings.
Explore Project Server sites, security and database information, operational policies, time and task management settings, projects lists and project permissions. Except documenting, you can also compare Project Server settings and track changes using the Farm Compare Wizard.
Server to Server Compare7.0
Compare Wizard just got a new flavor – server-to-server compare. Choose between IIS, SQL and other servers, and compare their inventories. Explore differences in hardware and software data over time and between different servers.
Permissions Audit Report7.0
Check a complete log of all permissions changes on a specific site collection in a given time period. Filter logs by time period, users who executed permission changes, type of action or object (track changes to the list-item level). Knowing who has performed which action might be crucial for security management and your company’s regulatory compliance.
There are 13 actions you can track, including group created or deleted, group member added or removed, permission inheritance broken or restored, permission-level actions, user removed from site collection and granted or removed permissions.
Permissions Health Check7.0
We have created Permissions Health Check reports to help you organize permissions more efficiently and stay compliant with your company’s governance policies. Use them to easily check directly assigned permissions as well as uniquely secured list items, and then organize and segment your content wisely using permission levels. These reports guide you through some permissions management best practices.
SPDocKit 7.1 - Better Look and Feel7.1
This release brings a dozen of improvements. What we would like to point out is that we redesigned how we load Features and Solutions, so you should see quite an improvement on load speed. There is also a redesigned Compare and Configuration wizard, faster Live permissions explorer for SharePoint Online and in general – better handling of SharePoint Online sites.
Rebranding - We are SysKit7.1
We are happy to announce the new visual identity and rebranding of all our products, only SPDocKit will keep its original name and logo for now. You can read the backstory on these changes in the Rebranding Announcement blog post. SPDocKit – made with heart by the SysKit team!
