Working in SysKit as a student was thrilling, hard and rewarding. I’ve grown both as a designer and a human. Other employees respected my pace and allowed for mistakes. Top-tier management made my journey easier since they understood me and are all incredibly warm-hearted. SysKit is a place which encourages personal growth and rewards engagement. I am enthusiastic about my future here as a full-time employee. If you’re looking for a place to grow – you’ve just found it!
When I first joined SysKit as a student, there were many challenges to handle. But, soon, I fit in. I learned to work with new technologies, especially React, which I had no opportunity to work with prior to working in SysKit. One of the most important aspects of working here is the opportunity to grow, learn, and make something from scratch. Within the Scrum framework, you are allowed to choose your tasks, so I always choose to work on projects that will broaden my knowledge.
I joined SysKit 5 years ago, as a student eager to learn more about digital marketing. I really liked the team and how they work since the first day. I liked two things the most, and this is something that I try to nurture in my career as a product marketing manager, too. I liked how open they were to new ideas, never afraid to try something new. The second thing I liked was a truly friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Over the years I had a chance to attend a lot of conferences and workshops around Europe and Croatia. Also with the nudge from my bosses, I started to give the talks on my own. Lately, I have been leading a team of five great developers. The position is full of challenges, but helpful and friendly coworkers, a lot of education and an awesome office space help me in overcoming them.
