Lego Scrum Workshop
December 6, 2017 at 2 PM
You’ve heard of Scrum and want to learn more about it and see how it works in practice?
We’ve prepared exactly what you’re looking for! Our workshop will give you a chance to find out all about Scrum stages and see how they are implemented. We want students to amplify learning from the class and let them practice articulating Agile values. After theoretical part, we’ll go through a simplified version of a production cycle using our favorite aid – Lego bricks.
What is Scrum? - In a nutshell
Scrum is a framework for developing and sustaining complex products (not intended only for software) based on cycles of one to four weeks with precisely set goals. Its pillars are transparency, inspection and adaptation of process. Scrum entails roles for various team members and guidelines both for events within each of the cycles, and for writing the so-called artefacts (to-do lists and tasks).
