A full Office 365 health check from one place5.0
Check all important security and health metrics and detect possible security issues from a single overview. This overview displays the Office 365 products you’re using, like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 Groups, and highlights the settings and activities important for your tenant’s security.
You can see a total security score, calculated based on the size of your tenant and the number of issues you have. From the health and security overview, you can drill down into reports to see more details and make changes to your environment if needed.
Snapshot details5.0.
You can find all the errors that occurred during the snapshot-taking process in Snapshot Details. This way, you can fix the errors before taking the next snapshot.
You can open Snapshot Details from a couple of places. The first is alongside each snapshot in the Snapshot section. The second is through a link at the bottom of the screen, in the snapshot-completed message.
Scheduled Snapshots6.0.
From this version on, you can schedule automatic snapshots. This means SysKit Security Manager can collect and retrieve all the data needed for reporting and store it in a snapshot, literary while you are asleep. Let’s say you want the tool to collect data every day at 2 am when nobody is working. You don’t have to wait for the snapshot to finish or stop your other tasks to check up on its progress.
By using the scheduling option, you get a fresh state of your environment every day when you walk into work. Save valuable time, run your reports immediately and avoid unnecessary downtime!
New and improved security reports5.0
There are a couple of new reports that will help you improve the security and health of your environment. For instance, you can now list all users and all access requests in the tenant, as well as the groups with identical users.
The most asked for report is the OneDrive Shared Items report. It shows all users’ OneDrive files that are shared both internally and externally. With this report, you can act in a timely manner if a sensitive file is shared outside the company.
On top of that, some of the reports are now available in live versions.
